He said distances are not taken into account in the construction of buildings. City-building and Construction Code has been worked out in Azerbaijan, the solution of all problems will be reflected in this Code.
Chief of the agency said the Code also envisages facilitation of the process of giving permissions for construction.
Khanlarov said every clause of the City-building and Construction Code has been worked out and submitted to the government.
The event “The role of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan’s economy: achievements and prospects” is organized by the Ministry of Economy and Industry and Azerbaijan Confederation of Entrepreneurs.
