Azerbaijan sees 7% growth in mobile communication revenues

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. AZN243.9 million services were offered in information and communication sector in Azerbaijan in January-February, 2014, up by 11.2% compared to a year earlier.

APA-Economics reports quoting the State Statistical Committee that 72.4% of the information and communication services was offered to the population.

58.1% of the revenues accounted for mobile phone communications. The volume of these services rose by 7.4% compared to a year earlier and reached AZN141.7 million.
