APA reports that the amendments cover allocation, registration and use of radio frequencies.
Up to now, in accordance with the presentation of Baku Radio Technical School of the Voluntary Military Patriotism Technical Sport Society, the documents have been coordinated with the National Security Ministry and registered at the State Radio Frequencies Department of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, the State Commission on Radio Frequencies have not been applied for allocation of radio frequencies. According to the amendment, from now on, in accordance with the presentation of Baku Radio Technical School of Military Patriotism and Expert Training Center LLC under the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, the documents will be coordinated with the National Security Ministry and registered at the State Radio Frequencies Department. There will be no need to apply to the State Commission on Radio Frequencies for allocation of radio frequency.
Legal entities and individuals are to apply to the State Commission on Radio Frequencies to get radio frequency rating value for radio electronic devices produced, modernized or imported in the country.
