According to APA-Economics, president of Azersu OJSC Gorkhmaz Huseynov informed to the head of the state that the project “reconstruction of water supply and sewerage system of Guba city”, which is implemented within the state Program on socio-economic development, is designed to capitally improve the water supply and sewerage services of 46,000 residents in Guba and its Girmizi Settlement, Mirzamammadkand and Timirzayev villages.
It was informed that 4 reservoirs in the capacity of 14,000 m³ were constructed in Guba to supply the population with the water. Within the project, distributor water network in the length of 190 km was created in Guba, 8,900 subscribers were suppled with smart-card meters.
In accordance with the project, a sewerage network in the length of 216 km was constructed n Guba city.
