Baku. Aynur Aliyeva - APA-Economics. A seminar is being held at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies with the view of establishing mutual cooperation with Japan’s Nippon Electric Corporation (NEC) and enhancing relations in the field of ICT. APA-Economics reports that the seminar will last for two days.
Azerbaijan-Japan ICT seminar was attended by Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov, Japanese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Tsuguo Takahashi, General Manager of Europe, Middle East, Africa Division of NEC Corporation Masahiro Ikeno.
Presentation of NEC, sessions on ICT solutions, major network systems and other issues will be held during the seminar.
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies and NEC plan to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on February 14.
