The airline also cancelled the following arriving flights: VV210 for Prague, VV24 from Simferopol, VV486 from Minsk, VV234 from Bucharest, VV230 from Athens, VV18 from Odessa, and VV462 from Yerevan. As reported, AeroSvit was forced to cancel a number of flights on January 5-8 due to the suspension of their servicing at some airports, particularly in Warsaw, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Tel Aviv, the press service of the company said.

Nevertheless, the company operated Kiev-Baku-Kiev flight in accordance with the schedule. Heydar Aliyev International Airport told APA-Economics that Aerosvit realizes the abovementioned flights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays: ‘Yesterday, the plane flying from Kiev landed in Baku at 06.15 and took off again at 07.30. But today’s Kiev-Baku flight was delayed for an hour due to unknown reasons. The plane must land in Baku at 17.55 and take off again at 19.05’.

Note that AeroSvit air company has been undergoing difficulties since early December 2012. Kiev region Economic Court has sued bankruptcy case on December 29. Later on the air company has come forth with explanations thus willing to start improvement process. In early January, AeroSvit's bankruptcy led to the cancellation of a number of flights both in the territory of Turkey and out of its borders. Currently the Airlines flights are being delayed all over the world which resulted in accumulation of hundreds of passengers at airports.
