New Chevrolet Cobalt put up for sale in Azerbaijanâ€™s market

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. New Chevrolet Cobalt has been imported to Azerbaijani car market.

APA-Economics reports that the official presentation ceremony for mentioned auto was held in December, 2012. The new model was manufactured for Latin America, China, Middle East, Africa, Russia and the CIS countries.

The manufacture of Cobalt is realized at UzAutoSanoat in Uzbekistan. Manufacture of Cobalt has substituted Chevrolet Lacetti.

Cobalt is equipped with four cylinder petroleum engines with the volume of 1.5 liters and power of 106 horse powers. The car has five-step mechanical transmission. The car consumes about 6.2 liters of fuel per 100 km. The car will be only model of B class, which can be ordered with six-step automatic transmission. The length of sedan is 4,479 mm, while wheelbase is 2,620 mm. The width is 1,735 mm and the height is 1,514 mm. The boot size is 562 liters. Wide saloon is designed for five passengers. It has comfortable seats. Some models of the car will be equipped with air conditioners, poured disks, audio system, safety pillows, electronic mirrors, etc.
