Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. In the third quarter of 2012, the prices in construction works decreased by 0.25 in Azerbaijan in comparison with previous quarter. According to State Statistical Committee, the decline in surface construction made 0.2%, in road and bridge construction – 0.4%.
The prices on social buildings of surface construction rose 0.2%, prices on houses dropped 0.3%, prices on construction of production purposed objects slipped 0.6%. The prices of up to 5-storeyed houses slid 0.4%, on 6-storeyed and more – went down 0.2%.
The prices on administrative buildings declined by 0.1%, on the construction of secondary schools – 0.2%.
Industrial objects construction prices fell 0.6%.
Prices on road construction dropped 0.4%, on bridge construction – 0.1%.
