He believes that the Azerbaijani government should be informed about construction’s current insufficient situation: ‘There may occur need for some regulations. But this issue will not be so easy, because the process has already started and construction works are being continued. It is important to conduct public analysis before the start, and this will be difficult. We respect the obligations agreed between the neighboring country and former government. Nevertheless, there are some questions and they should be answered’.
Ivanishvili also added that he would ask the questions on the construction during his visit to Azerbaijan.
