Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. In January-November, 2012, Azerbaijan-based construction companies increased the construction works by 28.6% to AZN 6,557.3 mln.
State Statistical Committee says the 73% of total works made new construction and reconstruction, 13.8% - capital repair, 2.3% - current repair, 10.9% - other construction works. 24.8% of construction works were conducted by state companies, 75.2% - by non-state companies.
Note that, average monthly salary of 92,400 persons rose 10.5% to AZN 569.5. The salaries of workers in civil construction works rose 33.9%, in specialized works – 12.4%, in construction of buildings – 3.1%.
