According to him, new web server installation is one of the main issues and the installation works were completed on the eve of Internet Governance Forum on November 6-8: “As it’s known, there are servers in the world called as subservers. Their number was 13 and these mainly were in America continent. For first time in the region, this server was installed in Azerbaijan. This indicates that, Azerbaijan’s experience in internet governance is appreciatedâ€.
He also noted that, according to saving and protection of national domains, such type of server must be created in the country.
He added that, advantage of this server would be more qualitative connection with internet.
Besides, placement of such point in Azerbaijan is a contribution to internet security.
