Azerbaijani government develops system for submission of reports in e-form

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has developed a system for submission of reports in e-form.

The Cabinet says this system serves to improve the automatization of management of projects financed by loans guaranteed by state, as well as technical assistance and grants. The project aims to hold monitoring and coordinate the loans guaranteed by state, technical assistance and grants in the department of international loans ad assistances.

Through this project, quarterly, monthly and operative reports are archived by receiving in e-form. This system will provide improvement of quality of works, operatively analyzing the issues on project implementations by receiving information about the project.

Only the Cabinet of Ministers, Economic Development Ministry, Ministry of Finance and Project Management Groups, implementing projects financed by loans by state, as well as technical assistance and grants can use this system.

Within the project, database and software were created and security of system was ensured. So, a special login and password are required to enter this system.
