Baku. Ali Ahmedov – APA-Economics. State Committee for Property Issues conducts works on reduction of periods on submission of documents, simplifying of existing rules on registration of rights on real estate.
SCPI says the appeals from citizens on state registration of rights over their properties are considered within 20 days and relevant extractions on state registration of property are submitted.
SCPI also reminded period of limitation inquiries. Committee says that, the inquiries from state registry for description of real estate, registered rights and their limitation are given within 5 days.
