Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies gives licence to Azerbaijani company.

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. The Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies gave the licence to ULTRA COMPUTERS company on forming the personal data information resources and the information systems, including services to them. License will be valid for 5 years.

The activities of the license will be realized based on "The Requirements for the protection of the personal information" that were approved by the Cabinet of the Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic in the September 6, 2010 year.

It should be noted that "The Requirements for the protection of the personal information" had been prepared on the basis of the decree number 275, on date 4 June, 2010 "on the application of the law about the personal information," of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
The requirements adjust the occuring relations connection with the protection of personal data and the appropriate information systems within the collection, use, distribution and submission of them by the owner of the personal information or the operator.
