Lufthansa cabin crew strike postpones Frankfurt-Baku flight

Baku office of the company told APA that the flight of the plane, which had to take off from Frankfurt airport on September 4 and land in Baku at 21.00, was delayed: ‘The postponement was related to the strike of Lufthansa cabin crew. Nevertheless, Frankfurt-Baku flight has not been cancelled and the aircraft flying on the mentioned route #612 landed in Baku on September 5 at 03.40. Today’s flight #613 was implemented in accordance with the schedule at 04.50 and the aircraft has already landed at Frankfurt airport an hour ago’.

Note that, yesterday, Lufthansa airlines cancelled nearly 400 flights due to strike of cabin crew. They demand 5%-increase in their monthly wages. This demand belongs to 19,000 employees of the company.
