World air companies order 214 new planes in June
According to APA-Economics, German Airbus Company has signed contract with Norwegian Air Shuttle Company on purchase of 100 units A32neo planes. Along with this, a contract was signed with Russian Tranaero Company about purchase of 4 units A380 planes. Total worth of the contract is $ 1.7 bln and according to contract, Transaero will purchase first Airbus-380 liner in 2015.
Thus, Airbus received 104 orders in June, 2012, while it was 230 orders during past period of 2012. Company’s order portfolio makes 4,388 aircrafts.
Boeing received order on production of 24 planes. 15 of them are 767-300F which were ordered by FedEx company. Besides, Alaska Airliners ordered 3 units 737-900ER, American Airlines – 1 unit 777-300ER planes. At the same time, Indonesian Lion Air ordered Boeing to produce 5 units 787-8 liners.
Chinese ABC Leasing Corp. has signed contract with Comac Corporation on purchase of 45 units of C919 airliners. Thus, order portfolio of Comac reach 2801 units of C919 aircrafts.
Canadian Bombardier Company signed several contracts. One of them is WestJet Air Company. The company received orders of 20 units of Q400 NextGen aircrafts. Worth of this contract is $ 683 mln. If additional 5 aircrafts are purchased, the worth could be increased up to $ 1.6 bln.
Denmark’s Nordic Aviation Capital A/S of Billund leasing company ordered 12 units of CRJ1000 NextGen regional aircrafts. These planes will be leased to Indonesian Garuda Indonesia Air Company. Worth of the contract is $595 mln.
Besides, 5 units of Embraer ERJ-135 and 3 units of Let L-410 liners were ordered. Russian Qrajdanskiye samolyotı Suxoqo Company has signed a contract with Transaero Air Company on purchase of 6 units of Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircrafts. According to contract, TRansaero can increase the orders by more 10 units. The worth is $ 212.4 mln. If the number of orders increases, the worth will be increased by $566.4 mln. Te airliners will be delivered in 2015-2017.
Russian «Aviakapital-Servis» company has signed a contract with Irkut Company to purchase 35 units of MS-21 planes. Worth of the contract is $2.32 bln. The planes will be delivered in 2022-2025.
Generally, according to information as of June 30, plane producers’ order portfolio makes 9,629 units, up 91 units or 10% from previous month.
