Neftchiler Avenue to be closed for more two months - <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION</font>

According to APA-Economics, construction and repair and asphalting works from Azneft circle to Azadliq square have started since July 14. Traffic in this avenue was limited for indefinite time and all paths to avenue were closed.

Along with repair works, communication, water and canalization lines are changed, new lines will be launched. Several organizations say the works will end recently. Changing of gas lines from Azneft square to Harbour Station was completed. According to Azerigaz PU, the works in the places from harbour station to Yusif Safarov Street will be completed by August 3.

Reconstruction of water and canalizations lines must be completed during first decade of August. Azersu OJSC says that, water and canalization lines made by metal pipe from funicular to Azizi Aliyev Street were replaced with polyethylene pipes. Length of water line is 1,960 m, canalization line â€“ 250 m. New main water line is constructed in the part of avenue from intersection with Pushkin Street to Yusif Safarov Street. Length is 1,286 m.

Deputy Director of ’Baku Telephone Communication’ PU, Khankishi Kishiyev noted that, communication lines were renewed and replaced along with the Avenue.

After these replacements, the construction and repair works are expected to continue at least 2 months.

Note that, other roads of Baku are also reconstructed. These roads include Zabrat roads, Darnagul road and etc. The works from Sabunchu junction of city highway to Zabrat Circle must be completed until 1st decade of September. Darnagul, the works will be completed in 2013.
