Russian Minister of Transport Valery Okulov told APA-Economics that, although Russia and Azerbaijan solved all organizational issues, Iran was inactive in this process: “Law defining documents for establishment of trilateral joint enterprise were adopted in Azerbaijan and Russia, advisor to realize assessment of project and making of feasibility study was selected. Bu we see that, our Iranian counterparts are inactive”.
