Commission for regulation of issues on houses and buildings constructed in strategically important areas established, Azerbaijan

Ziya Mammadov â€“ Minister of Transport
Fikrat Mammadov â€“ Minister of Justice
Ali Asadov - Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan on Economic Affairs
Fuad Alasgarov â€“ Head of Department on work with law-enforcement bodies of Administration of the Azerbaijani President
Ali Hasanov - Head of public policy department of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration
Shahin Aliyev â€“ Head of department of legislation and legal expertise of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration
Karam Hasanov â€“ Chairman of State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan
Garib Mammadov â€“ Chairman of State Land and Cartography Committee of Azerbaijan
Hajibala Abutalibov â€“ Head of the Baku City Executive Power
Rovnag Abdullayev â€“ President of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan
Etibar Pirverdiyev â€“ President of Azerenergy JSC
Gorkhmaz Huseynov â€“ President of Azersu JSC

Chairman of Supreme Court and Azerbaijanâ€™s General Prosecutor were recommended to participate in the activity of the commission.

The commission was tasked to research the issues on houses and buildings constructed in the above mentioned zones and submit the proposals based on results of assessment of the economic, social and legal aspects within 3 months.
