Istanbul-Baku flight of Turkish airlines delayed due to strong wind in Istanbul

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Due to strong wind, Istanbul-Baku flight #336 of Turkish Airlines has been delayed.

Heydar Aliyev International Airport told APA that in connection with that postponement, the flight #339 from Baku to Istanbul, which had to be implemented at 04.55, has been delayed as well.

â€˜Though official website of Turkish Airlines reports that on May 16-17, a number of flights have been delayed due to bad weather condition, Baku airport noted that, Istanbul-Baku-Istanbul flight of this company was realized yesterday: â€˜Only flight #336 has been delayed. The aircraft on this route had to land in Baku at 01.15. Respectively, Baku-Istanbul flight #339 has been delayed too. At the same time, today at 14.45, one more Baku-Istanbul flight must be implemented and probably, the delayed flight #339 will be joined with this routeâ€™.

The airport also noted that AZAL realized all flights on Baku-Istanbul route normally.
