2-stored parking will be designed for a total of 2,600 cars â€“ 1,300 vehicles on each floor. The area of each floor will cover 32,500 square meters, total area of the parking will make 63,000 square meters.

Two pedestrian entrances and two pedestrian crossings - from Azadlig Avenue will be constructed on both sides of Government House.

Since the area of Azadlig square is a place for ceremonies, parades and festivities, the area will be strengthened to withstand the pressure of a large number of people, as well as military equipment and troops during such events.

Note that, there will also be constructed a new metro station around Azadlig square.

â€œAn underground car park will not prevent the construction. The new subway will be built slightly farther Azadlig Square, near the seaportâ€.

A new metro station will be commissioned in 2016.
