Azerbaijan gets 91% rise in cargo transportation via air transport

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Compared to the last year, volume of cargo transportation via air transport has increased within January of the current year in Azerbaijan, State Statistic Committee told APA.

3 800 tons of cargo have been transported during January, 2011, up 91.2 % in comparison to the previous year.

Cargo turnover made 19 mln tons/km during the same period, up 3.1 times from 2010.
