According to Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies, AZN 5000 was granted to the families of dead persons, AZN 2000 to the families of injured persons and AZN 1000 to the persons leaving the hospital after first aid. Besides, AZN 2000 was granted to the family of dead persons for burial, AZN 1000 to each injured person and AZN 500 to the persons leaving the hospital.
Besides, the great working group of Ministry works in the region for restoration of phone communication: â€œCommunication will be restored in 5 daysâ€.
