Azerbaijan submits protest document on FIM Bank’s petition of appeal
According to Communication and Information Technologies Ministry, in the course of judicial session dated January 6, 2010 in the law court Azerbaijan side came out with the requirement about the carrying out of final decision on business. In the judicial decision is indicated the absence in the materials of the matter of the arguments, which prove facts (delivery by the ministry of connection of Azerbaijan FIM Bank- in the state guarantee, fact of swindle the ministries of connection against this bank, illegal penalty by the ministry of connection (by state) with [AIB] Of Pochtbank of means, and also the illegal legalization of documents in different public organs), reflected in the action of Maltese bank. Besides this, is made the decision about the levy with FIM Of bank of the means in the size of 20 590 Euros in favor of Azerbaijan side.
On September 14, 2010 in the Hague court of appeals according to appeal, subject FIM Of bank in connection with the solution pointed out above, took place court session. For the proof of the groundlessness of the appeal of bank, Azerbaijan side until February 1, 2011, gave protest to the law court.
Remind that, the bank acting in Azerbaijan Pochtbank turned in FIM Of bank for obtaining of credit. FIM Of bank stated that will isolate the credit with assignment condition for the documents on behalf of Azerbaijan government.
