LLC to be established on Rasht-Astara-Astara Railway

Baku. Ali Ahmedov â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijani, Iranian and Russia specialists have discussed the project on construction of Rasht-Astara (Iran)-Astara (Azerbaijan) Railway, in Tehran. The specialists have discussed the establishment and regulation adoption of new LLC, exploitation of railway, determining of rules of cargo and passenger transportation, formation of technical services rules and other issues.

According to APA-Economics, establishment of LLC was decided after the discussion. The text of memorandum on establishment of LLC has already been agreed by the sides. The memorandum is expected to be signed by railway companies of tree countries in the first decade of February, in Tehran. Azerbaijan was represented by the delegation led by Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC.
