According to him other reason of increase of project was related to the changes in it. Thus, the transportation by railway will be greater than before: â€œThatâ€™s why we decided to reconstruct not only that way, but the part up to that wayâ€.

Note that, Azerbaijan has granted $ 200 mln for 25 year with annual interest by 1%. This sum will be granted in international term. Annual rate of credit will 4-5% or 6%.
