Proposal in car market of Azerbaijan reaches highest limit, during past years

According to Property Market Participants PU the monitoring shows that the proposal has increased by 10.9% at the cost of used cars, number of applicants in sale center has also decrease. Exceeding tendency of supply the demand has increased. Closed deals slid but the prices did not change strictly. Average price fell 0.7% to $ 10 102.

Besides, 15.8% of over 15 900 cars have been offered to the market in December. 84.2% were old cars. This was related to decrease of purchasing power and demand.

The share of German Mercedes Benz on offer was observed as 8.6 percentage in comparison to November, share of this model in total portfolio made 34.5%. Most of growth on supply was observed on German cars: â€œBut the investigations show that Mercedes Benz car leaves the other cars behind at the marketâ€.

In general, share of 9 models on supply made 85.5%.
