According to him, number of ADSL subscribers are planned to be increased. Current system interferes this: â€œI think, the best variant over the world is per-minute chargeâ€.

According to project of Ministry on this, the subscribers are planned to get 450 minutes free talk time and per-minute charger after this. He says most of population will not feel this change: â€œOur verification shows that, 50% of users talks below 450 minutes, per monthâ€.

He also noted that, the talking fee is planned to be 0.5 kopeck per minute.

Huseynov also told that, use of several payment variant at the same time is planned on the project: â€œAnyone can be subscriber or switch to new systemâ€.
