Per-minute charge tariffs to be applied in fixed phones in Azerbaijan

Note that, according to this system, each citizen will pay a fee for per-minute charge.

Minister Ali Abbasov says that, the Ministry has made changes in its position on this issue. According to new offer, this new system can be applied without changing the current system. The population will be offered to choose the subscriber fee or per-minute charge.

Minister says the population will be offered some tariff packet about this. Presently, the Ministry works with Tariff Council actively, related to this issue: â€œWe discuss the proposals packet with them. Weâ€™ll give to Tariff Council some suggestions, because of they approach to increase of prices strictlyâ€.
