Illegal buildings in Darnagul Road to be torn down
According to Mursaliyev, the movement and number of passenger transport have increased on this road and that’s why the highway must be reconstructed. The designing works on this topic are already underway.
Within the reconstruction works, 4 new cross-over junctions will be built and a junctoin will be reconstructed. One of new junction will be built in the crossing of A. Mustafayev, R. Mammadov and A. Salamzadeh streets with Ziya Bunyadov Avebue. Second junction will be in the crossing of Ziya Bunyadov Avenue with Ahmed Rajabli Street, the third junction – in the crossing of Z. Bunyado Avenue with Boyuk Shor Street and the 4th junction in the crossing of Avenue with Muzaffar Narimanov Street.
More new junction will be reconstructed in te crossing of Avenue with Aliyar Alioyev Street. At the same time, pedestrian crossings will be built.
Width of Avenue will be increased from 40 m to 50-60 m.
Mursaliyev says the main purpose of reconstruction of Z. Bunyadov Avenue is to provide the transport facilities with incessant and safe movement.
After reconstruction, 4 of 10 movement strips will be speedy movement strips.
Besides, a sewage system will be constructed here.
Reconstruction works will start ion 2011 and last 2 years.
Reconstruction of Z. Bunyadov Avenue will influence on trade and service objects in side of the road: “There are trade and service objects in the side of the road and this makes the movement to be passed to main part of the road and this is a reason for traffic jam in the highway. That’s why, these objects will be moved from thereâ€.
Remind that, there are sale points engaging in sale of construction materials in Darnagul market. Mursaliyev says the worst situation is around the turn to Baku Champagne Wines plant. Some objects are in the area of road. That’s why, all of them will be torn down.
