Several areas to be reconstructed in capital of Azerbaijan - <font color=red>EXCLUSIVE</font>

This includes Black City, Khutor, 20th area, 5-mertebe, including the lengthening of Seaside Boulevard up to Ahmedli settlement, Novruz Eldarli, head of execution group of Project on Greater Baku Regional Development Plan told APA.

Within the framework of these works, Black Cityâ€™s area is designed to be developed for new purposes. Presently, White City project is being realized in 220 ha area. Besides, new official centre will be build in the north side of Heydar Aliyev Avenue. Several state buildings will be moved here, including SOCAR and SOFAZ.

Khutor will be used as residential zone.

20th area will be reconstructed during the next years. According to specialists, there illegal buildings and composite relief here and the works will be conducted for normalization of transport.

Seaside Boulevard will be lengthened by 9 km up to Ahmedli settlement.

Near 1500 ha area is unused in Black City.
