Prices of plots of land in Baku increase

According to director of MBA Ltd. Company Nusrat Ibrahimov, the plot of land has increased by 0.2% from 17 369 dollar/ hundredth to 17 402 dollars/hundredth.

Excluding land, all segments of real estate market have decreased. Most of cheapening has been observed in newly-constructed buildings. Prices of these have decreased by 1.5% in December, 6.5% during the year.

The prices at secondary market fell 0.9% in December, 6.4% during 2010.
