Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. In November, 2010, the non-residential areas consist of private buildings, 1st and 2nd floors of newly-constructed buildings and apartments at secondary market.

According to Property Market Participants, the closed deals on this segment have decreased by 1% in November.

Number of offered non-residential areas soared 3%, in November. Although the suggestion prices grew, the being of demand lower influenced on the growth of exposition term. Increase of exposition term has increased the risk rate on this type of property.

In November, the price index on Baku City has decreased by 2.3% compared to a year ago.

No growth was observed at non-residential areas market in any region.
