â€œICT revenues have to exceed the oil incomes in 2020-2025. Now, we struggle for thisâ€.

According to Minister, it needs to involve foreign investments, extend production export, establish transnational companies and activate their operations, increase ICT services. He noted that, fiscal policy and legal base has to be changed for this. According to him, itâ€™s necessary to apply customs and tax concessions, more profitable cash-loan conditions for marketers, create a useful competitive environment and ensure protection of investments.
