Azerbaijan establishesSuper Information Center

All information about citizens and state and private organizations will be placed on this Center.

Saybernet Director Ilham Namazov says that, all state and business agencies, including citizens will be able to get information about different issues via this portal.

According to him an e-sign must be applied for operation of this system, in the country. The Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies finished the works on this and they try to apply it.

He noted that this system would play the single window role of the country: â€œEvery citizen will be able to conduct banking operation launching an internet resource.â€

The authors of the project noted that, this system will create wide opportunities. Thus, this includes e-school, e0banking, e-health ant etc.

The illness history of citizens will be placed on this system, as well. Every citizen will be able to see their illness history on this system.

Different mechanisms will be placed on the system to protect the information. The users of system will be divided by 4 groups â€“ citizens, tax payers, state bodies and non-residences. Establishment of this system will be conducted in accordance with ID information of population.

Works on state information system project have been already started.
