According to him, at first, Azercell intends to start 3G services. After it, itâ€™s possible to start 4G service. â€œI think, this step is more expedientlyâ€.

Note that, Azercell is expected to obtain a license from MCIT for 3G service.

Remind that, 3G standard was developed by ITU and called as IMT 2000 (International Mobie Telecommunication 2000).

In turn, 4G program belongs to the 4th generation of mobile communication. The speed in it is 100 Mbit/sec.

Azercell Telecom has been in operation since 1996.
