Commercial objects decreases by 7% in Baku, year-on-year

According to Nusrat Ibrahimov, head of MBA consulting company, the average sale price of commercial objects for 1mÂ² rose from $3210 to $3261. At the same time, the prices rose 3.8% from the beginning of year.

Besides, the prices for rent also increased. The average prices increased by 1.2% from $20.7 to $21.1 for 1mÂ². (Average price of object for rent rose from $ 2486 to $ 2517). At the same time the prices decreased by 13.5% from the beginning of year.

Ibrahimov says that, the decrease of commercial objects is related with decrease of large objects.
