200 post offices conduct financial services in Azerbaijan

Baku. Ali Ahmedov â€“ APA-Economics. 636 post offices Azerpocht joined the network of financial services. 440 of them set up necessary equipments and were permitted by Central Bank to conduct financial services. 200 of them have already started to conduct financial services, the advisor of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for postal issues Novruz Mamadov told APA.

According to him 100 of them are located in Baku, Sumgayit and Ganja, other in the regions of the country: â€œAll of the offices will joint this system by the end of this year.â€

Note that, post offices must conduct 7 types of financial services according to project, but 5 types of them are conducted.
