State Statistical Committee mobile phones decreased by 4.2%, DVD players by 3.4%, refrigerators by 1.8%, stoves and conditioners by 1.5%, vacuum cleaner and sewing machine by 1.1%, TVs by 0.5%, gas cookers by 0.3%. At the same time heating appliances and washing-machine increased by 1.1% and 0.2%.

According to specialists this was caused by employment of new techniques. The representatives of Baku Electronic Company say that spreading of TV playing via USB, increasing of sale of notebooks supports the prices of DVD players to be decreased.

At the same time the competition in this sphere influences on the prices of home appliances.
