According to him te state committee makes a scheme about development of great Baku. This document will cover development of Baku and its around, expected changes and possible enlarging directions of Baku.

He says that one of main directions is Alat and Sangachal. Cuase of this is teh construction of new port here. At the same time residential areas will be developed there.

At the same time several points of Baku in Absheron will be developed. One of these is Dubandi direction. â€œWe plan construction of a new cityâ€ he said. The other settlements for development are Turkan and Zikh.
