Baku. Ali Ahmedov â€“ APA-Economics. Average prices at the secondary market (old houses) decreased by 0.6% from 1100 dollars/mÂ² to 1093 dollars/mÂ² in September. According to Property Market Participants PU no price growths were observed in any regions, in September. The most cheapening was observed in Narimanov district.

The most attractive regions for activity index were Khatai, Yasamal, Binagadi and Narimanov Districts. The most important factor of these regions is being useful for hypothec.

The number of houses with 3, 4 and 5 rooms decreased but with 1 and 2 rooms increased in September.
