Many of them have arrest warrants. The search for those persons has been announced. Search operations are currently ongoing. It has been announced many times, and now we note that they will be brought to criminal responsibility. Their actions are crimes against peace and humanity. There is no statute of limitations for those crimes. Due to political processes, this period may be delayed. But in any case, it will be ensured that those persons are brought to criminal responsibility and brought to justice," Ilgar Safarov said in his answer to the question about the investigation of Robert Kocharyan, Serzh Sargsyan, Seyran Ohanyan and others.
