The date of the trial on the criminal case of Armenian citizens, military servicemen- Ovagimyan Arutyn Yurikovich and Kazaryan Karen Ashotivish, accused of violating Azerbaijan's state border and committing grave crimes was known, APA reports.
The criminal case of the Armenians was handed over to judge Fahmin Khumbatov at the Sumgayit Grave Crimes Court.
In the case, 4 Azerbaijanis - Eltun Sarkarli, Rza Allahverdiyev, Asif Babashov and Ibrahim Shikhlarov - were identified as victims.
The preliminary preparatory session of the court is scheduled for July 3.
