On June 24, at 11:10 p.m., the smuggling of drugs from the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Azerbaijan was prevented in the service territory of the border outpost located near the village of Boyuk Bahmanli of the Fuzuli district of the "Horadiz" border detachment of the Border Troops of State Border Service, and the total weight of 8 kilograms 200 grams of drugs was found and taken, Press Center of the State Border Service told APA.
According to the report, Zeynalov Hasan Farman, born in 1987, a resident of the Beylagan district, who was engaged in drug smuggling from the state border, was detained as a result of the operation.
