Azerbaijan involves helicopter in search for fisherman missing at sea in Lankaran-VIDEO

The search for Ibayev Mahmud Abdulali, born in 1984, a fisherman who is believed to have gone missing in the Caspian Sea near the village of Siyavar in Lankaran city on January 13, is being continued by the forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, the Ministry told APA.

It was reported that the search for the citizen is currently being carried out by the helicopter of the Aviation Unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, rescuers of the Special Risky Rescue Service and the forces of the State Service for Control on Small Capacity Vessels and Rescue in Water Basins.

Noted that the body of one of the fisherman, Nazim Abbasov, who went missing on January 13 on the shore of the Caspian Sea in the village of Siyavar in Lankaran, was found yesterday. The body was discovered by fishermen in the area of the village of Shahaghaj in the Astara region.

Recall that on January 13, fishermen Ibayev Mahmud Abdulali, born in 1984, and Abbasov Nazim Samad, born in 1968, went missing in the Caspian Sea near the village of Siyavar, Lankaran city.
