Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. A hand grenade blasted in the hand of 29-year old man in Baku. The incident took place at about 08.00 on December 8 at 3, Telnov Street in Khatai district of Baku. Vugar Safarov, who kept the grenade, was seriously wounded and taken to the Central Clinic Center, prosecutor’s office of Khatai district told APA. It is not known yet whether the incident was a result of incaution or suicide attempt. The fact is under the investigation.
Doctors told APA Safarov underwent surgery, but he lost his fingers.
