The Blast took place at 10:56 today in Sabayel District, Icharishahar, Boyuk Gala Street, 22. Gas leak reportedly caused the blast in the second floor of the building. Two were injured as a result of the blast.
Baku Emergency Aid Station told APA that Valeri Volkov, 26, and Valeriya Nazarova, 24, were seriously injured and hospitalized.
Officials of law-enforcement bodies are investigating the fact.
