Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. 26 materials about the work of municipalities in Azerbaijan have been sent to the General Prosecutor’s Office this year, Deputy Chairman of Justice Ministry’s Center on Work with Municipalities Fazil Mammadov said, APA reports. He said that criminal case has already been launched on some of the materials. These cases are mainly connected with finance, improper spending of budget funds and other violations of law.
Deputy Chairman added that the municipalities are inspected basing on complaints, when mistakes are found in their decisions.
