Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA. The exploded Moscow-Baku railway will be restored in a few hours, spokesman for Azerbaijan Railway CJSC Nadir Azmammadov told APA. He said that Baku-Kharkov train was stopped halfway due to the explosion in 2375 km of Moscow-Baku railway.
“The railway will be restored in an hour or two,†he said.
Nadir Azmammadov noted that Baku-Tumen train will leave at 15.50 and Baku-Moscow train at 18.50 today.
“The train from Tumen will arrive in Baku at 19.50 today,†he said.
Explosion took place on Moscow-Baku railway at about 12.00 Baku time. No casualties were reported, but a part of railway was seriously damaged during the explosion. According to preliminary reports, second explosive was found near the site and now experts are demining it.
