Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. The murder committed in Salyan region of Azerbaijan 12 years ago has been solved, Salyan police office told APA.
The murder was committed in July, 1997. Salyan residents, Elchin Huseynov and his brother Anar Huseynov killed their sister Elnara Huseynova. Later, they buried her near their house. In December, their father Izzet Huseynov was released from prison. Elchin and Anar told their father about it, he advised them to exhume the body and throw into the Kur river.
The murder has been solved by Salyan region police, Izzet Huseynov and his sons have been detained. The fact is being investigated.
